Backup Power
Battery Backup or Uninterruptable Power is a legal requirement for Gas Detection, Leak Detection and Life Safety Systems per NFPA 72, the International Building Code and the International Fire Code. Ino-Tek designs and installs Battery Backup systems to insure hazardous materials safety even when a facility loses electrical power. Our systems are sized to match operational requirements and provide continuing protection for employees and the facility.
Battery Backup systems are inspected annually as part of the annual certification process and when necessary, batteries are replaced to maintain the system in full code compliance.
